Helium Relay Issues
Your hotspot becomes “relayed” when other hotspots cannot connect to it directly. So it has to relay all its messages through another member of the network. Being relayed is not good. It adds an additional burden to other hotspots to relay your hotspot’s messages to the network. To fix your relay, you will need to set a static IP address and manually configure port forwarding on your router.
